Tubberville/Jones Scholarship is named after two long-time Kitsap County residents. Dorothy was a traditional homemaker who instilled in her three children the importance of education and community service. These scholarships support higher educational opportunities for high school seniors while honoring Dorothy’s memory and her daughter Marilyn Jones.
The Central Kitsap PTSA Council offers four scholarships (one for $1500, one for $1000, one for $500) to seniors from each of the public high school in the Central Kitsap School District with a PTA in good standing. There will also be one $2,500 scholarship to one Senior in the Central Kitsap School District. Upon proof of acceptance, a check will be made out to the school of choice
